Season Updates For Fall 2020

With the new semester quickly approaching during this hectic time, various changes and updates have been made to our upcoming Fall season.

For the many prospective players asking about tryouts this semester, we plan to host a modified version of tryouts in the coming weeks if possible. We are working with the school to plan exactly how that may look, however, for now we need all interested players to stay up to date by signing up for our mailing list and following our social media pages @gtclubsoccer everywhere. Doing so will ensure you hear about the latest tryout information as soon as it is released.

The White Team’s Fall 2020 season has been canceled outright. The SCSA has come to the conclusion that hosting league play at this time would not be successful in ensuring the safety of players, as well as providing competitive play for the students. Their notice can be read at http://www.region2soccer.org/.

The Gold Team’s season in the ADASL has been postponed until October where the league will hope to play a full season with numerous guidelines and regulations in place to protect the players. As of right now, the club is working with Georgia Tech to allow for our participation in the league this Fall. For more complete information regarding the ADASL season, check out adasl.com.

We hope everyone continues to stay safe and enjoys a successful Fall semester!
